Hours:

Monday 5pm-6pm (Beginner Group)
Monday-Thursday 6pm-7:30pm (Intermediate group)
Participants MUST be at least 11 years old.
Semi-Annual membership:$150 every 6 months
Hand-wraps $8 mouth guards are $3.

Dress code is enforced

Members should wear workout clothes and athletic or boxing shoes.
Neutral colors MUST be worn i.e. black, white, gray-no red or blue is allowed.
Anyone wearing inappropriate colors, logos, or gear, will be asked to change their clothing or leave.

Members are required to bring a mouth guard and hand-wraps which can be purchased at the front desk. Gloves, headgear, and belts are provided for use at the gym, though members may bring their own equipment if they wish.
